Julian Guerrero
I was born and raised in Santa Cruz County. I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. I then received my Master’s degree through National University in Public Administration. Although I have maintained a career in public service for the last 12 years, my interest in business, real estate and finance continued. I joined Financial Solutions Home Loans Inc., in 2024, as a licensed a Mortgage Loan Originator. I pride myself on delivering expert customer service, clear communication, honesty, and helping my clients to achieve their goals and save money wherever possible. I love spending time with my family and friends, camping, cooking, travelling abroad and playing board games.
